The Project Quality Scorecard provides clear visibility in project risks and issues. Project Plans can have to much detail and Project Reports can be to high level. This template is a formal way to identify the critical activities that impact the overall project execution in a simple to review format.
How to use it:
- At the start of a project phase, identify all the key project tasks that impact the project quality.
- Group them into logical project areas and focus them on the most critical 5 - 6 items to watch.
- Update and report to the Project Team identifying action plans or the deliverables supporting the completion.
- At the completion of the phase, complete a quality review detailing the status of each identified task.
- Repeat the process for each project phase.
